1. Minimum Commitment:
All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of three (3) months. Early cancellation is not permitted before this period is complete.

2. Billing:
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments will be automatically processed using the payment method provided at the time of purchase.

3. Pause Policy:
If you would like to pause your subscription, please email us at info@jingerdrinks.com. Pausing is only available after the initial 3-month period.

4. Cancellation Policy:
After the initial 3-month period, you may cancel your subscription at any time. To request cancellation, please email us at info@jingerdrinks.com at least 5 business days before your next billing cycle.

6. Subscription Discount:
With every active subscription, you receive a 5% discount on every subscription order. This discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods and Availability: We mainly offer shipping services within the United Kingdom. International shipping is also available for select destinations.

2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing time may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

3. Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates: Shipping time depends on the selected shipping method and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout. These are not guaranteed and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier issues.

4. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the package weight, shipping method selected, and destination. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

5. International Shipping: While we primarily ship within the UK, international shipping is available for select countries. Additional shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes may apply and will be the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

6. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions for tracking your package. Please allow time for the tracking information to become available after dispatch.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Change of Shipping Address: If your order has not yet shipped, you may contact customer support to request a change of shipping address. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

9. Return to Sender Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional reshipping charges. We will contact you to arrange reshipment and payment of applicable fees.

10. Customs and Import Duties: For international shipments, customs and import duties may apply according to the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
