  • Jinger Turmeric
  • Boiling water
  • Optional: honey or lemon juice for sweetness and flavour


Step by step 

1. Boil some water in a kettle or on the stove.

2. In a cup, pour about 1/3 cup (80ml) of the Jinger Turmeric.

3. Add boiling water to fill the cup, leaving room for honey or lemon juice if desired.

4. Stir well and let steep for 2-3 minutes.

5. Taste and add honey or lemon juice to your liking.
