Shipping Policy

5. International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages: In the event that your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and assist you in resolving the issue.

8. Change of Shipping Address: If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

Return to Sender Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for reshipment. We will contact you to arrange for reshipment and provide instructions for payment of the additional shipping fees.

10. Customs and Import Duties: For international shipments, customs and import duties may be applicable based on the destination country's regulations. Any additional charges related to customs clearance will be the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information on the customs and import duties applicable in your country.
